Clarity Senior Transitions was founded by Susanne Mealer LCSW because families deserve more than a referral. Susanne brings 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and private practice ownership to the way Clarity Senior Transitions cares for every family we serve, shaping a compassionate, personalized approach from the very first conversation.
Together, Susanne and Andrew built a true one-stop senior transition partner: free placement guidance, plus a trusted network of insured movers, downsizing and packing specialists, in-home TB gold testing, elder law and estate planning professionals, and fast home-sale solutions through our sister company, Clarity House Buyers.
