However, when providing services through Clarity Senior Transitions, Ms. Mealer is acting solely as a senior placement and referral advisor and is not acting in the capacity of, or providing the services of, a licensed clinical social worker. Her professional background informs the quality of the placement assistance offered, but no clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or clinical social work service is provided through Clarity Senior Transitions.
